Juice Pact is an 8% NE-style DIPA brewed in collaboration with our good friends @transcend.beer and @juicybrewingco—two crews we always hope to run into at beer fests. After recently collaborating with both of these breweries on individual beers, we decided to all team up to brew something special together and create one explosively juicy recipe! This Double IPA is dry hopped with a heavy-hitting combo of Nectaron, Anchovy, Rakau, and Citra—each hand-selected to create a layered, fruit-forward flavor profile that’s as fun and bold as the crew behind it. Pouring vibrant hazy yellow, Juice Pact opens up with huge tropical aromas of pineapple juice, lychee, peach rings, and citrus peel. On the palate, expect soft waves of freshly sliced watermelon, mango, juicy orange, stone fruit, and a touch of dank complexity to round it all out.

The most potent of our OG Jams lineup, Heady Jams has long been one of the standouts of our Jams series. Nectaron Heady Jams is a spin on our beloved hazy DIPA. Checking in at 8% ABV, this NE style DIPA loaded with wheat and oats for a silky fluffy mouthfeel and unapologetically Double Dry Hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and a heavy dose of Nectaron (in lieu of the usual Galaxy). Jam-packed with layers of tropical flavor, this beer is easy to love! Pouring a golden-orange color, we’re finding big notes of sweet nectarine, juicy peaches, fresh blueberries, pronounced citrus zest, papaya, and Dole pineapple juice

Checking in at 6.5% ABV, Never Ending Jams is all the hoppy goodness of our higher ABV Jams beers packed into the lower ABV of a single IPA. Brewed using our “Low Temperature Hop Burst” technique to maximize fruity notes, we Double Dry Hopped Never Ending Jams with a MASSIVE amount (as much as our Double IPAs) of Citra, Nectaron, and El Dorado Cryo. Pouring a soft golden-yellow color, we’re getting notes of grapefruit zest, fresh passion fruit, pear, stone fruit, and large chunks of pineapple.

German Pilsner brewed in collaboration with @humanrobotbeer. This beer was our first double decoction—and a milestone for our brewhouse. The recipe is beautifully simple: just German Pilsner malt, Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and Spalter Select hops. Naturally carbonated and lagered for an extended period, the double decoction process brought out a deeper, more expressive malt character, resulting in a beer that’s dry, rich, and full of nuance.

Clocking in at 7.5% ABV, we hit this NE style DIPA with a MASSIVE Double Dry Hopping of some absolutely incredible hops: Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, Nectaron, Nelson Amplifire, Motueka Amplifire, and Riwaka Amplifire. Pouring a dense, hazy yellow, Stay Tuned bursts with expressive aromas of white grape, passionfruit, cantaloupe, and lime zest. This beer is soft and juicy, with waves of tropical notes reminiscent of ripe stone fruit, juicy tangerine slices, sauvignon blanc, lime, mango, and melon.
